What we manage
We plan and execute technology migrations that actually hold up, from cloud platform moves to security and backup upgrades. Every project starts with a full inventory, so you only pay to migrate what your organization actually uses.
We build the policies and processes that keep your organization audit ready. Data retention, account lifecycle management, and access controls that align with how your people actually join and leave, so nothing lingers that should not.
We select and manage the vendors running your technology, from contract terms to service level agreements to day to day performance. You get accountability built in, not just an invoice.
Ways to engage
A defined project with a clear scope, timeline, and finish line, such as a migration, cleanup, or vendor transition.
Ongoing senior IT direction a few days a month, without the cost of a full time hire.
Working alongside your existing IT provider or partners to plan, coordinate, and deliver larger initiatives.
Most engagements begin with a short paid assessment, so the plan is built on what your organization actually has, not assumptions.
How we work
We map your goals, people, systems, constraints, and deadlines before the first task is assigned.
Milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies go into one shared plan that everyone can understand.
We run the work, unblock partners, manage decisions, and keep stakeholders informed with concise updates.
Your team receives documentation, training, and a support window designed for confident ownership.
Nonprofit expertise
Nonprofits operate with distinct realities: grant commitments, board oversight, lean teams, sensitive donor data, and little room for wasted spend. We understand those constraints and shape the project around them.
Project examples
Two engagements delivered for a multi entity social services organization. Client names are withheld at their request.
Multi entity social services organization
A full mailbox, licence, and account inventory came first, so only what was actually in use moved. That cut migration labour, storage, and ongoing licensing cost, and front line service was never interrupted.
Same organization, governance program
Dormant accounts were retired, onboarding and offboarding were aligned with HR so access ends when employment does, and backup coverage was documented for boards, funders, and insurers.
Common questions
Ideally before vendor selection or planning begins. We can also step into active work when ownership, scope, or momentum has become unclear.
No. We strengthen the people already responsible for the outcome and take on the coordination load that keeps them from their core work.
Yes. We clarify responsibilities, improve the operating rhythm, and hold every partner to the same agreed plan.
